All Sales Are Final
I’m committed to providing my customers with high-quality vocal samples. Please note that all sales are final. This policy is in place because all of my products are digital downloads, and once you make a purchase, I provide you with access to downloadable content that can’t be returned on my end.
Refund Eligibility
Since my products are digital and can’t be physically returned, I don’t offer refunds except under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact my support team with the relevant details within 7 days of your purchase. I’ll arrange for a refund for the duplicate purchase.
Technical Issues: In the rare event that you encounter technical difficulties preventing you from accessing your purchased product, please contact my support team within 7 days of your purchase, and we’ll work to resolve the issue. If we can’t resolve the issue to your satisfaction, I may consider a refund.

Refund Process
Upon receiving your refund request, my team will review your case and respond within 7 business days. If your request is approved, I’ll process the refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Unacceptable Refund Requests
- I don’t offer refunds for the following:
- Change of mind or personal preferences.
- User Errors: Refunds are not available for products damaged or corrupted due to user errors or actions, such as improper installation or storage.
- Failure to read my product descriptions and requirements before purchase.
